Couple Looking for Comfort

The room and little touches were excellent, like how they welcomed us on the TV and had makeup wipes ready in the bathroom. The refill station for water was a nice convenience too.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was still acceptable.

Cozy Retreat with an Inviting Atmosphere

Our stay was delightful! The room featured charming sliding barn doors, a huge walk-in shower, and an incredibly comfortable king-size bed. Enjoyed drinks from the open bar in the cozy lounge area. A few too many light switches, but we would definitely recommend this lovely spot!

the shower was a bit tricky to adjust , but the room was gorgeous with a welcoming tv greeting. the bathroom was fantastic and very clean. also appreciated the quiet space for relaxing!

Room for Improvement

The hotel had a modern design with spacious rooms. I particularly enjoyed the shower, which was refreshing after a long day. The staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed.

Unfortunately, the service in the restaurant was lacking. We often had to wait for basic things like utensils and drinks, which was quite frustrating during meals.

I loved the luxurious bathroom and the delicious food from the restaurant! The bed was super comfy, making it a relaxing stay. I'd definitely come back again.

The seamless check-in process made our arrival stress-free.

The shower soap dispenser was poorly secured and fell during use.

canopy was such a beautiful property! the room was really nice with two queen beds, and the bathroom was absolutely amazing. I loved how comfortable the bed was. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area!

The Premium Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, which made for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and dining options.

However, I noticed some minor maintenance issues in the bathroom that could use attention.

The room was decent-sized, super comfy bed which made it easy to crash after a long day. The bathroom was pretty nice, and the shower had good pressure. I liked the room layout, felt modern and clean. Staff seemed friendly, but they were a bit clueless about room service. So that part was a letdown. Overall, the room had a nice vibe!

Staying at Canopy Hotel was enjoyable thanks to its stylish decor and excellent amenities. However, the parking garage is poorly designed, making navigation difficult, and some service interactions left much to be desired. Still, the location was great for shopping and dining.
